Enshi selenium tea is harvested from the young leaves of tea trees in the selenium-rich land of the world's selenium capital. It is made with traditional roasting techniques. The shape is firm and curly, oily and smooth; the soup is clear and bright green, resembling a ripe chestnut fragrance.
