Enshi YuLu(Enshi Gyokuro), manually plucked from the local tea leaves,a Tribute Tea that originated in the Tang dynasty using techniques of steaming and hand-shaping the leaf into needles. It is said that during the late 1600s, Japanese travelers experienced this tea process and caught inspiration for the Japanese gyokuro technique.
